超速罰單申訴
而對於超速罰單，如果超速低於10km/h的，會有另外的方式“內部申訴”，不過這個內部申訴一定要在繳納罰單的截止日期之前申請

符合哪些條件可以申訴：
超速低於10km/h的；
在過去的2年，沒有收到任何交通罰單或者官方警告；
比較好的駕駛歷史記錄。
這個申訴必須通過書寫的方式申請，申訴信郵寄到下面的地址：

name is X. As a Chinese tourist, I had a tour in Melbourne on Feb 23, 2015. Recently I received an infringement notice from the Road Safety Camera Enforcement Agency: Victoria Police. I am writing this letter to apply for the official warning instead of penalty due.
